How to Redeem a Discount Code for PBS

1. Search the shop for the programs or types of programs you like, and add the products you'd like to purchase for them in the shopping cart.

2. View your shopping cart and enter your code in the Promotional Code box, and click Apply to redeem it.

3. Click Checkout with PayPal if you'd like to use as a payment method. Otherwise, proceed to secure checkout.

4. Sign in with the login area on the right-hand side of the page if you're a returning customer.

5. Enter your contact and billing information, select a shipping method and enter your shipping information if you need to.

6. Select a payment method, then enter your credit/debit card information, or sign into PayPal.

7. Enter and apply your discount code in the Promotional Code box if you did not do so in the shopping cart.

8. Review your order, and make changes where you see necessary, then confirm payment to place your order.

The PBS Return Policy

PBS accepts returns on media products within 6 months of delivery and returns on non-media products within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be in good, resalable condition and returned in their original boxes, if possible. A complete list of instructions on how to return your product can be found on your original packing slip. Basically, you'll need to pack the item(s) securely and enclose the bottom half of the packing slip. Alternatively, you can write your order number, billing name and address on a piece of paper. The shop recommends using UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
