If you are unhappy with your purchase, the FragranceNet return policy allows for any unopened merchandise to be returned within 30 days of receipt (not including shipping or gift wrapping charges). Skincare, haircare, and makeup items are not included in the return policy for health and safety reasons.

You must return any item in the original packaging. The return should include the packing slip, an RMA number generated from the customer service department, your name, address, phone number, email address, the original order confirmation number and the reason for returning the merchandise. The company does not offer refunds for shipping costs; you will be required to pay for the return of the item.
