How much can I save in the clearance section?

Booking.com does not have a clearance section, as it is a place where you can book properties to stay in while traveling. They do not offer sales and do not have an outlet section either. There are, however, other ways to save money on their website. 

What benefits do rewards members receive?

Booking.com rewards members of their Genius Level program based on the number of stays they have. The more places you book, the better rewards you are going to receive. There are three Genius levels you can reach that give you different types of discounts. Level 1 gives you 10% off your next booking, even if the listing is already at a discounted rate. On level 2 you get 15% off and on level 3 - 20% off. Level 2 also gives you free breakfast at select times and a room upgrade. Other than the discount, Level 3 also gives you access to priority support on all bookings. All of the discounts are applied to the prices before taxes and charges. 

Is there a way for my friends and family to save too?

Booking.com does not offer a typical friends and family sale or discount. However, they do have discounts available during peak travel season that can go as high as 15%. These offers are usually available during the summer months. 

Can I get a refund and how? 

Since there are no returns on Booking.com like on websites where you buy physical items, you can not return but you can get a refund. If your booking gets canceled, you will get refunded immediately. Just keep in mind that the processing of the refund can take up to 7-10 days, depending on your bank. If you have some questions about it, you can contact your bank directly. 

Using your Booking.com coupon 

It is easy to use a Booking.com promo code when booking a property for your next trip. First, you have to find a promo code you like and copy it. Then, on the Booking.com website, you select the property you want and add the dates. As you go to pay for the booking, you will notice a field for promo codes with the title “Do you have a promo code?” Paste the code you have chosen in the field and click “Apply.” The discount will be immediately calculated into the final price.
