What is the store’s return policy?

Per Dr. Martens’ return policy, you have 30 days from your order date to initiate a return. The process is quite simple. You need to click on “Create your return label” on the website. You will then receive an email from Dr. Martens with a UPS return shipping label. 

You will then have to package the items you wish to return and add the return label. The cost of this label is $7 and it will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be processed after your return is received in the original form of payment. For tracking purposes, Dr. Martens does not currently provide exchanges.
