What benefits do rewards members receive?

Godiva rewards members can no longer take advantage of the rewards program. It recently ended on December 31, 2022, and is no longer available. Unfortunately, you can no longer redeem any rewards you gained through the program.

You can find discounts during the Godiva friends and family sale, where you can get up to 20% off chocolate truffles, gift baskets, and more. This sale is usually held across the whole site.

What is the return policy?

If you’re unhappy with any of your items, the Godiva return policy states that you have up to 30 days to contact the customer care team to replace or exchange your merchandise with another of equal or greater value. You should expect your replacement or exchange to be shipped within 10 days of submitting your claim.
