Yes. Tidal is the only music streaming service to offer a military discount, and it is a very generous one. Are there Tidal student discounts available?

Yes, there is a great Tidal student discount available, too. You can get a discount of 50% on Tidal HiFi and HiFi Plus subscription plans if you’re a high school student or college student aged 16 years old or more. You can apply for the discount by showing an official enrollment letter, your current class schedule, a transcript, or a registration or tuition receipt. You will then need to reverify your eligibility each year.

Are there any first-order discounts?

More than a Tidal first-order discount, you can try the service for free. As a new user, you are welcome to a free trial period of 30 days to see if you like the service. From there, you will be automatically enrolled into your chosen plan if you don’t cancel your subscription. There is a free version of Tidal with no credit card needed, with limited interruptions, and more than 100 million songs.  

What is the return policy?

While there is no specific Tidal return policy, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account on the website or app, navigate to the Subscription page, and select “Cancel Subscription.” Your cancellation will then be finalized the day after the last day of your subscription period. Keep in mind that Tidal will not refund any fees already paid.
