What benefits do rewards members receive?

Soylent rewards members earn points on their purchases that they can exchange for prizes, such as free merchandise and $5 off their order. Earn points by placing orders, referring friends to Soylent, and interacting with Soylent on social media. Points expire six months after your last order.

What is the return policy?

The Soylent return policy allows you to return merchandise, such as shirts and hats, within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be unused with the tags still attached. Soylent does not accept returns for food products. However, they may offer a refund if your product is damaged and you reach out within 14 days.
