How can you get a student discount?

To grab your TicketSmarter student discount, you'll need a StudentBeans account. Through StudentBeans, you can access a standing TicketSmarter deal of 10% off orders exceeding $100. To claim this discount, just look for the StudentBeans login button on Ticketsmarter.com.

What's the return policy?

TicketSmarter's return policy covers refunds for canceled events. If your event is postponed and not canceled, however, then you may not be able to receive a refund. In order to return tickets for a postponed or rescheduled event, your original tickets must no longer be valid. Other than for a canceled event, there are no returns accepted at TicketSmarter.
