What is the store’s return policy?

Per Nordstrom Rack’s return policy, shoppers have 45 days from the original ship date to initiate a return for eligible items. To confirm that your item is returnable, you need to check your email confirmation, invoice, or Purchases page. If your purchase history is unavailable, you can still initiate a return from your Nordstrom Rack account or the Guest Returns page.

You can return items for free at your nearest Nordstrom Rack or Nordstrom store (valid for U.S. locations only). You can also make a return by mail, but there will be a return fee deducted from your refund total. 

For returns made by mail, you need to print the prepaid shipping label you will receive in your email inbox. You then need to take the items you want to return to an eligible USPS location.
