What is the return policy?

Per Express’ return policy, customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return items. You need to have a valid receipt to initiate a return. If you cannot confirm your purchase, you may be able to exchange the merchandise in-store for another item of equal value.

For online returns, you can initiate the process through your account. If you wish to make an in-store return, just find the closest Express Retail or Factory Outlet Store near you. Bring the items you want to return along with your shipping confirmation email or the packing slip. The refund will be made through the original form of payment.
